 Just finished my last building with Pella Buildings this spring. I am out of land or I would be building more. Over the past 10 years we have built 6 buildings and I couldn't be happier with the decision we made to use only Pella Buildings. Keith and team have delivered everything they said they would and more. We have had a few small issues, like the snow plow hitting a building column and each time we put up a new building, Keith would have the team fix any issues we had with our buildings. I am a contractor myself and looked at buying a steel building and erecting myself but each time I did the money, what I would save was not enough to justify the hastle of managing the project myself. Each time I would build a building Keith and I would negotiate the contract, I would provide a level lot and the rest was in their hands. After 10 years the only maintenance I have had is a hole from a snow plow, a small gap where a starling built a nest and a garage door out of adjustment, this is on 160 units. If I had to do it over the only thing I would change, is I would have built them sooner. Thanks to Keith and team for making our storage business successful.
