Our Process
Information Gathering, Planning & Approval
During this initial phase of a project, we provide support and consultation as needed.
- Owners locate property or market
- Make sure usage works on the land and potential requirements
- Create concept plan and analyze financials
- Run budget numbers for the project
- Obtain a soil report and contract a civil engineer
- Get approval for site plan from the city
TIME TO BUILD
Construction
Once the concept plan and preliminary budget is approved, we are ready to start construction.
- Owners apply for and obtain building permits.
- Site work, underground, and concrete completed.
- Buildings are erected.
- Remaining work is completed including electrical, landscaping, etc.
- Final inspections to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy.
- Finalize website, marketing, then start renting units.
*Every project is unique based on the city, specific property, expected scope, and way the property was acquired. These steps may change, be in a different order, or have additional or fewer steps.

100 Series Pro Build
This option takes full advantage of our construction and Industry experience to deliver high-quality professionally detailed steel buildings with the most efficient lead times. Start by selecting the width and length of the building and whether doors will be on only one side or both.
200 Series Modified Build
Increase the value of your site by upgrading to a modified build. Choose this option if you want to customize the unit/ door sizes or enhance your building with insulation packages, unique color combinations, stone, windows, security measures, or other upgraded building materials.
300 Series Customized Build
Add canopies, mezzanines, stairs, energy efficient insulation packages, concealed fastener steel panels or any alternative siding, among many other upgraded options. This option is popular for RV and boat storage, contractor storage, workshops, office spaces, bathrooms, or climate controlled storage needs.
